Returns and Exhanges
Items can be exchanged if you have ordered the wrong size. The items will need to be returned in the box you received them in. Items must be returned in their original state, which means unworn, undamaged and with their labels attached and original packaging. Any items not in acceptable condition may be refused exchange. Items for exchange must be returned within 10 days.div>When you have an item for exchange you will need to get in touch with me to discuss the replacement before you ship the items. Please email me here and include your order number.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of underwear and items purchased on sale cannot be returned. If in the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged, please contact me to discuss a replacement or a repair.
Please note that the return shipping costs both ways is at the expense of the customer.
